Actually, I ran into a problem here when recompiling tn5250 after
installing ncurses 5.  The xterm terminfo entry now contains
definitions for kf1 to kf48, and xterm maps Sh-F1 to Sh-F12 to kf13 to
kf24, but with different escape codes than the Linux console and
5250.terminfo.

In fact, the only thing missing in xterm now to just run tn5250 in the
window is a definition and key binding for kcbt.  I would expect an
xterm to map ISO_Left_Tab (which Shift-Tab produces on my keyboard) to
this, but there's no definition for it at all.  Maybe I should see
what it would take to get it included.
