Hi
No this is a web application running on tomcat application server, A Servlet calls this AS400 program, This is very weird this web application have no issues with other AS400, but only one.
Is it possible that there is another job started on AS400 which runs the program and put the message and so java program does not get message from message queue.
How do i know which job runs and process this job on AS400, if i see the job in subsystem QUSRWRK, the same job runs all the time, and the job name on As400 is same as in my Java program.

I don't know why this works on some AS/400 (unless their web container runs on the AS/400 and they are in-thread).

After creating a ProgramCall you can call getServerJob which allow you to retreive all the information you need about the job you are running inside. The same may be possible for a MessageQueue object.

I do not know a reasonable approach for solving your problem
