Hi Can some one explain me what is ANT?
Ant is a java tool for doing tasks described as XML in a file, which is commonly used for building and distributing java applications by specifying how to build JAR-files etc to ant.

The home page for it is http://ant.apache.org/

Try googling for "ant tutorial". The one at http://www.javaworld.com/javaworld/jw-10-2000/jw-1020-ant_p.html looks reasonable.
