On a WAS 5.1 Express installation I'm getting intermittent errors like
this one. I can request a page several times and get this error, then I
request it again and it shows up fine. Then the page calls another page
through an Ajax request and all is good, then it calls that page again,
and I get the 404 error again.

Any ideas on what to look for? Obviously the servelet mapping is in
place since it works sometimes (and we've verified it's their both by
looking in web.xml with a text editor and by looking at the deployment
descriptor from w/in the admin. And yes, we've checked, checked and
checked again to make sure there aren't cAsE problems.
