Ashish,

That's a quirk of Windows Explorer. If you have a filename entirely in
uppercase (e.g. README.TXT) then it will display it in lower case
(readme.txt), or pu049B.pcml when the file is really PU049B.PCML. You have
to use a Dos window, or if you're running on the iSeries then use iSeries
Access/Ops Navigator/etc. to view the "real" filename.

I think different versions of Windows behave differently too. I'm sure I
remember an option on 'Folder Options' for 'Allow all uppercase filenames'
but this must have been in Windows 98 or ME. Windows 2000 & XP both seem
to happily display all uppercase filenames so this must be a "feature"
which has been taken out...?

Regards,

Nigel Gay,
Computer Patent Annuities.

This is a very weird suitation, i dont know should i
open a ticket with JT400 to handle this situation,
also in windows, if you use windows explorer , you
dont see difference between .PCML and .pcml, but if
you open dos window, then you can make difference
between .PCML and .pcml.
But then my other concern is, why did it work in
websphere application server, when i installed my web
application to websphere application server there was
not issue what so ever,
Is there some thing in websphere application server
that makes it work???

Also i am happy all the PCML files where .PCML, if
there have been some files .pcml and some .PCML it
would have took for ever to come to some conclusion
about this issue
