If I'm not mistaken, the "native" JDBC driver resides in 
/QIBM/UserData/Java400/ext/db2_classes.jar which is a symlnk to 
/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/Java400/ext/db2_classes.jar. The jt400 and jt400native jar 
files you guys are talking about are the Java Toolbox jars, where the "toolbox" 
JDBC driver (type 4) resides.
