I know that in order to use the JDBC you need to have JTOpen. How that is
installed I don't know.
IBM has some information on it here:

Subject
Compiling Java Program on AS/400

Hi:

I am trying to compile a java program with JDBC connection. I get an error
message stating it cannot find com.ibm.as400.access.as400JDBC.....

Can some help me direct as to what the problem is. I looked in the
QIBM/ProdData/HTTP/Public/jt400/com/ibm/as400/access folder on the as400
and
there is nothing in this folder. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks
gg
