Hi, i think iSeries Navigator could be helpful ?! It's not open source but i think you should got it with every OS/400 at V5R1 or higher for "free" ?! So then if you have this iSeries Navigator you can use GUI views of your Collections, Databases, Views, Indexes etc. ... it's similar GUI as you knows from DB2 V8 ...
