Yes, whatever they are all called.  PCML uses these API's under the 
covers, it just simplifies all of the parameter handling for you, but 
obviously must add its own overhead to the process.  I believe there are 
Program Call wizards in WDSC that will generate the grunt code for using 
the straight API.
