Two things:

It's CLASSPATH not PATH

It's a jar file so you have to name it in the CLASSPATH e.g.,
ADDENVVAR ENVVAR(CLASSPATH) VALUE('/home/rah/lib/poi/whatever.jar') and you'll have to include whatever other paths and jars the application needs. Separate them with a colon.
