RE: AS400ConnectionPool and closing connection

Ashish,

I thought the connections in a connecion pool didn't get closed, they just
get returned to the pool. The connection then drops after a specified or
default time out period

That's my understanding anyway.

The connection created in AS400ConnectionPool and not
closed when i call close() method,
Here is my flow
I create AS400ConnectionPool as 
AS400ConnectionPool testPool = new
AS400ConnectionPool();
AS400 as400 = testPool.getConnection("myas400","abc","abcpass");
AS400 as4001 = testPool.getConnection("myas400","xyz","xyzpass");
testPool.close();

I see that the as400 connections created are still in
QUSRWRK subsytem and not cleared...

what may be the reason, i guess it used to work in
JTopen3.1 i upgraded to JTopen4.1
