Some of the constructors for ProgramCallDocument include a ClassLoader parm.
You could write your own ClassLoader to load the PCML from wherever you
want.  Where did you want to keep it?  In a String[] or something like that?
You might want to ask on the JT400 forum
(http://www-912.ibm.com/j_dir/JTOpen.nsf/By+Date?OpenView) where they answer
JT400-specific questions like this.
