Wow.  No wonder you have problems over a modem.  200KB is over 1.5
million bits.  With a 56KBit modem, you need 30 seconds to deliver that
much information (compression reduces that, but still, that's a lot of
bits). PSC400 averages between 4KB and 8KB a page.  Even over a modem,
it's fast.
