Re: Calling an CL-programm on V5.1

Try adding cmd.setThreadSafe(false) while I talk to the command call
developer.  That will force the call to go through the command call server,
which is single threaded.

Hi,


First, thanks to Gary for the quick response to my previous problem.

I use the Command-call from the toolbox to call an CL-program as following:

import com.ibm.as400.access.*;
AS400 sys = new AS400("localhost");
CommandCall cmd = new CommandCall(sys);
cmd.run("CALL PGM(GF2010BJ) PARM('U' 'D' ' ..............  ");

It stops with the error message: <AS400Message (ID: CPD000B text: GF2010BJ
not
safe for job with multiple
threads.):com.ibm.as400.access.AS400Message@5cc7ad8a>

The CL-program is part of a package software and it is not possible for me
to
change it.

This problem also is new on OS400 V5.1 and works on V4.4

Any ideas?
