You're arguement is that JSPs don't need to be compiled to show changes.
They are compiled when loaded.  Once, yes.  But, if you change the JSP, it
is compiled again otherwise the changes wouldn't take affect.

So, what's the difference between me compiling a servlet and the system
copmiling JSP?  Well, obviously I do less work but JSPs are still compiled
and when they change, they are compiled.
