Hi Brad,

I personally find it much easier to develop on the PC, in an IDE and
then deploy the .class or.jar files to AS/400.

I guess you are missing the servlet classes contained in file jsdk.jar
in your classpath. Add jsdk.jar to your classpath.

Do have some kind of servlet runner installed on your PC? You need that
in order execute the servlets on the PC.
