There is no support in the Toolbox RLA classes to call stored procedures.
One alternative is to use Toolbox JDBC.  If the procedure also happens to
be a stand alone program you could also use Toolbox ProgramCall.

One of my developers has asked me to request the following from the Toolbox
experts on this list.  Thanks for any help:
