Try putting a breakpoint in the onConstruction function. If you don't
have any statements in the onConstruction, add something; i.e. declare a
primitive and set its value.
This just came to me... Sometimes when the page is already cached,
nothing is processed and therefore the debugger never breaks. If this
is the case, try Removing and Adding the project back to the server.
