The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Several months later and on all my cases where I am waiting for a fix I keep getting:

- Engineer to continue working with colleagues from the development team
I ask for an update and that is all I get, or I get told to "rest assured". I ask for some assurances, like a target date.
