Have them go to http://myserver.com/names.nsf?changepassword

Then they have to wait for adminp to process it and then replicate around
after it's processed.

Is there something better to tell the users than:

<snip>
Go into this document-->>(document link to their person document)
Use one of the names shown in "User Name". If that doesn't work for
Sametime then the password may not match your Notes password. On that
same document click on Edit Person. In the "Internet password" field
click on "Enter Password". Try entering your notes password (make sure
your caps lock key is set right). Then click on Save and Close. It may
take up to 15 minutes for replication to occur between NOTES01 and LDAP01
and this new password to become effective. To speed this process up you
can open the "Dekko Address Book" and click on File, Replication,
Replicate and change the "with" to LDAP01.
</snip>

I'm concerned the users may think they can do their own name changes,
change their email address, etc, this way.
