This is probably a stupid reply, but do you have the Server document -->
Security Server Access sections completed with the cross domain server
information? Access Server / Create database & templates / Create new
replicas / Trusted servers / section?

I apologize if you have already taken this into consideration.

Re: Cross domain replication of mail files.

I would think that you would give the receiving server the same ACL rights

as the sending server, since it sounds like it will be the home server
once the migration is complete.

That's just a quick, off-the-cuff answer. I can't say I've tried it
myself.

Cross domain replication of mail files.

As part of the process of splitting out a division to it's own Domino
domain I have successfully tested cross domain replication of a simple
discussion database. Now I want to do mail files. I am assuming the
problem is with the ACL on these mail files not having the right authority

for OtherDomainServers because this is what I am getting

Server: PVCMAIL
05/05/2006 17:31:36 Not replicating mail/dadams.nsf (not authorized to
read
 NOTES01/DEKKO mail\####.nsf)
05/05/2006 17:31:36 Access control is set in NOTES01/DEKKO mail\####.nsf

to not allow replication from mail/dadams.nsf

ACL on the mail file has "No Access" and just "Replicate or copy
documents" checked. On the simple discussion database it's Manager and
lots checked.
What level is necessary?
