I searched common.org via google for sametime. (Searching common.org via
common gave too many broken links.)
This sounded like a good session

Then I went to whois.ibm.com. Here is an email link to the speaker:

Subject
Sametime Links tool for Iseries

We would like to add Sametime links to our Domino IE (browser) based
applications. It appears the Sametime Links tool would do exactly what
we need, but I can't find any reference to an Iseries (AS/400) version.
Does anyone know if there is an Iseries version of the Sametime Links
tool? If not, is one planned?

By the way, we are running Domino 6.5 and Sametime 3.1 on OS/400 V5R2.

Thanks
