Hi Evan,

We are running 4.6 on V4R5.

We don't use it for anything other than email.

We had to disable Java agents to get Domino started.

And occasionally IMAP crashes but we just kill the Domino jobs and start
Domino again. Very rarely though.

We are just about to move to R5.

HTH

Nathan

Subject: Domino 4.6 on OS/400 V4R5

Hi guys

just wondered whether anyone had ever run Domino 4.6 on V4R5 and was the
result good, bad or *unpredictable*.

Yes I know R4.6 is not supported, I also know that V4R5 is due to be
dropped and I know that R4.6 and V4R5 are not officially compatible. I have
a customer who is in a bit of a bind so I just wondered whether anyone had
ever done this - it may provide a way out of the situation they find
themselves in.

Any responses regarding the above scenario are appreciated :)

Regards
Evan HAaris
