Bind specific

Help!  I've moved my Domino servers from one iSeries to another.  Now I am
getting multiple messages on the Domino console:
'Error on Listen function: The requested TCP/IP port is in use on this
system.'

All of IBM's Domino for iSeries web sites seem to be undergoing
construction, for example
http://www.lotus.com/home.nsf/welcome/as400
http://iws.as400.ibm.com/lotus_notes/notes.htm

I am also getting:
HTTP Socket bind error, hostname/ip
HTTP server: Could not bind port 80. Port may be in use

All of my Domino servers have:
Server
