I just went to my boss' test 400 domino console and ran
load pupdate
Got the new 807 pattern file.  Then I did a
tell tmmscan quit
load tmmscan
Received the messages:

And all seems to be well.  We'll let this run until after lunch.  Then
we'll load it on to all partitions on our development machine.  Let that
run for awhile and then take that live.
