Go to www.iseries.ibm.com/infocenter and pick your favorite release - it goes back only to V5R3 I think. Once there, go to programming - languages or some such. Find ILE COBOL Reference and Programmer's Guide - I just did a search for "feedback" in the reference manual, got a number of hits. They mostly pointed to the programmer's guide for usage and to a database reference for layouts.

It is all there in the manuals - good luck!

Kerwin,

Try doing a search on Midrange.com in the COBOL list. That should find
something. If not then let me know and I'll dig up a couple of examples
from here.

Subject: IO feedback.

I know RPG better than COBOL, I am looking for the COBOL equivalent to
the RPG INFDS and INFSR Data Structures. Can someone point me in the
correct direct, examples, manual, etc.

TIA
Kerwin
