Nevermind.

The compiles were being submitted to a single threaded job queue, and
someone else had a job with a MSGW on it jamming up the queue.

Thanks Anyhow.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, the changes to my source do save OK, so the
communication with the Iseries seems to be functional...

Thanks again..

Subject: Compile stopped working....

I've been using Code400 for a couple months, and haven't had too much
trouble.

I was getting the occasional problem with the compile message box not
having focus when it was supposed to pop up, so I would have to close
all the other windows on the desktop before I would see it.

So I searched the Code400-L archives and saw the recommendation to get
ahold of the Windows TweakUI powertoy and turn off the "prevent
applications from stealing focus" feature.

That seemed to work OK yesterday.

Today I made some changes and went to compile my code, and it just does
nothing. No message pops up indicating success or failure, and more
importantly, nothing happens on the AS400. No compile listing in the
spool file. I tried using TweakUI to put things back the way they were,
just in case that had something to do with it, but it didn't seem to
change anything.

This is true whether I use the "compile(no prompt)" button, or the
"create program" button. When I use the "create program" button, it
looks like some kind of message may be flashing by at the bottom of the
window (a brief red blur), but it goes by in the blink of an eye, so I'm
not sure if it is significant.

Any ideas ?
