Sorry, I  mean the server job log QZRCSRVS.
It can easily be retrieved if you enter the command, for example,
WRKOBJLCK OBJ(your User ID) OBJTYPE(*USRPRF)

Would just like to confirm that you have this same PC working on some of
the other V5R3's?
Do you get the same logs from the working session?
