That is what I have done: WRKOBJLCK on the file/member and then end the job
that has it locked.

Subject: Unable to reopen a file for Edit

I was editing a file this morning with Code and the power went out while the
file was open. Now that I am back on, I am unable to open the file for edit
through Code 400 or even regular old SEU. From the messages I see, the file
is still open because the server session is still active. Is it a good idea
to locate the server session and end it to release the file? If I do that,
will I need to do anything else to clean up?
