I checked with the COBOL development and here is the response:
Please apply the latest COBOL compiler PTF SI08193 (V5R1) or SI06981(V5R2)
and try again. If the error is still there after applying the PTF, please
contact the IBM Support to open a pmr and provide any material to reproduce
the problem. Thanks!
