Hi Scott!
  To add to your confusion, WDSC 4.0 is built on Eclipse 1.0.  But you
don't
have to use Eclipse 1.0 if you don't feel like it; you can download Eclipse
2.0 and use the IBM plugins from WDSC 4.0 with it.  At least, that's my
understanding.  WDSC 5.0 is built on Eclipse 2.0.
