Problem setting up server -- CODE400-L

When checking the PTF's in the communications daemon, I am getting this 
error message in the error log:

evfctcpd.exe Mon Mar 10 10:21:37 2003 MCH3401 Cannot resolve to object 
EVFDSPCH. Type and Subtype X'0201' Authority X'0000'.

Could someone help with this?
