Tom,

When I tried refreshing the cache, I would also get an error message. It
wasn't a dump like yours, but what I did to correct it was clear the Cache
like Reeve suggested. However, there were several files in use that I
couldn't delete. So I entered C:\CODEEDIT /CM EXIT in a DOS command prompt
to fully shut down Code. I was then able to delete the remaining cache
files that were in use. The verify with refresh worked the next time I
tried it.

Try clearing the CACHE directory, rebooting, and trying again. I get
malformed entries and other problems on a regular basis; a cold start seems
to do the trick.
