Debugger & program termination -- CODE400-L

I'm just learning to use the debugger so please be kind if this is a dumb
question - I didn't see it in the archive, so....

Every time I let a program I am debugging complete the debugger loses all my
breakpoints, added programs, etc.  What am I missing ?   How do I run it
again without having to re-set my breakpoints?
