Modification to RPG Smart Enter Temp Toggle macro on FAQ

I have now placed a new and improved version of the "RPG Smart Enter Temp
Toggle" macro on the FAQ.  I misadvertised what it actually did.  Oops!  It
always turned on RPG Smart Enter temporarily but it should have turned it
either on or off and then back to what it was before.  It appears to work
fine now.  For example, if RPG Smart Enter was on, ctrl-enter inserts a
line with RPG Smart Enter off.  Then RPG Smart Enter is turned back on.
Vice versa if RPG Smart Enter was off originally.  The new macro name is
now "rpgent_temp_toggle".  So, if you have already downloaded this, you
need to change rpg400.lxu and rpgle400.lxu in your macro directory to point
to "rpgent_temp_toggle" instead of "RPG_Smart_Enter_Toggle".  This new name
is for in case someone decides they want to create an rpgent_toggle macro
for something else.
