The issue, I think I've heard, is when more than 1 user have the same
CURLIB. Have you heard anything like that?

Do I need to do this if I am using RSE to initiate connections? It's going
to start various STRCODE servers. Will this still be a problem when we have
multiple developers using RSE and starting CODE from there?
