The problem has been identified as caused by the existence of QCODE library
on the V5R1 AS/400 host.
Currently, CODE is assuming that the product libraries QCODE (on V4R5 host)
and QDEVTOOLS ( on V5R1 host) cannot coexist. To make it brief, QCODE is
always added as the product library when it exists on the AS/400 host.

QCODE has been suggested on the V5R1 host to work around a VARPG V3R2M3
compile error RNV0401 problem; QCODE is needed only if your workstation is
not at the same level.

Penny, thanks for your help in looking into this problem.

In CODE, when trying to open a source member which resides in a library on
the AS400, I click on the AS400 in the "Select file - Open for Edit"
window. The message that it is retrieving the list is displayed, and then
comes back saying that the "list was retrieved, 0 items added" I also get
the following errors in my Communications Error Log.

We have recently upgraded the OS400 to V5R1 (from V4R5), and to WebSphere
Development Tools for the iSeries V5R1 from (V3R2M2) with SP5 applied
(running WinNT). When I use the Host and Server Configuration Wizard, it
says "You have the required LPP and PTF's". I have deleted the server,
rebooted, and added a new server. I still have the problem. (I am
successfully able to open a file from the local drive.)

Any help would be appreciated....
