I have always used 'set window max' in my profile.lx to always maximize my
window but I have not been following this thread closely. I also marked
the Quiet Exit option in the Command Shell under Options. I didn't know
that was for getting rid of that annoying message about exiting with active
data.

Thanks,
Craig

When I use windowpos, it seems to ignore the 1st 2 parameters (which I
assume are the top left coordinates). It always positions the window in
the
bottom left corner of the screen...

What am I missing?

Rob, I gave up long ago worrying about that.
I have profile.lx in my own macro directory with the following line:
set windowpos 15 80 875 675

  --buck
