When you use the File>Exit option, code/400 remembers lots of things, like
window size and position, Recently used files, and Quiet exit of the
command shell.  If you use the F3 to close all the views, or the X in the
upper right hand corner, Code/400 does not remember those settings.  Try to
make the window as big as you would like it to be, then use the File>Exit
to save that setting.
