Since I didn't see an emoticon, I'll rephrase: I'm trying to compile a CL
program in CODE/400.  VARPG has nothing to do with this task, my complete
library list has 20 entries in it, I didn't request a library list display,
and this has been happening since SP3.

Do you want it to display all 250 libraries (V5R1 enhancement)?
