Excellent! Thanks Eric!

ZOOM, <Ctrl+Shift+I>, is exactly what I wanted. Funny thing, I'm on V5R1 SP3
and already had EXTRAS ON but ZOOM is not listed on my extras menu and I
didn't find the <Ctrl+Shift+I> key combination listed in the keys help. I
guess I need to use F24 and study the various key combinations listed there.

I will probably swap the <Ctrl+I> and the <Ctrl+Shift+I> key functions
around because I'm sure I'll use the ZOOM function much more than the
regular filter function.

Thanks again, Eric!

Brian

Brian,

The list of LP_* commands is documented. Try the following link:
http://localhost:49213/cgi-bin/vahwebx.exe/vahelp/va400/Extract/0/qadtswin/e
vffaq89.htm

I don't think the LP_* commands accept parameters. Invoking one of these
commands is the same as selecting the corresponding menu item.

Thinking about what you were asking about LP_FILTER, I think you should
look at zoom.lx. It probably does what you want. If you turn EXTRAS on
(Actions->Enable Extras), then you can use Ctrl+Shift+I to do a filter on
the selected text. Very handy. I use this all the time.
