In CPO, each project can have only one local directory at a time.  You can
change it but you've got to remember to do it.  You can have as many as/400
filters you need.  In practice I place all the source for a given project in
the same folder.  The remote information is stored though so when you upload
back to the as/400 CPO knows where to put it.
