Thanks for the confirmation. Apparently this same ICLUI function is used in
the Filter dialog box because the <Alt+F> is not recognized when the cursor
is in that drop-down box either. However, this is not causing me a problem
now that I have noticed that the Find/Filter button is highlighted when text
is entered into this drop down box and I can just press <Enter> to perform
the action.

All I can say is that when the cursor is inside that drop down box, <Alt_F>
is not recognized by that container. I think that is probably a bug in the
ICLUI fucntion used by CODE.
