Verifier prompting

The ILE RPG and DDS prompted Verify options look and work differently.

The ILE RPG “refresh cache” option is on the back panel and is not retained.
The DDS “refresh cache” option is on the front panel and is retained.

I believe there is some small merit in having the option consistent,
although there may be a subtle design consideration in having it this way.
Speaking for myself, the removal of many of my subtle design considerations
results in correct program operation.

This is a great opportunity: you can change not one, but two, pieces of
code!

I vote for front panel/no retain…but a change of this import is not worthy
of being anywhere except at the bottom of your to-do pile.
