Maybe this should if a personalization option; to me, it makes more sense to
have the inserted line after your current.

This is what I do.  It's annoying.  It would be nice if by pressing enter
would insert a line
ABOVE the current line rather than inserting a line BELOW the current line.
Like the way it works with this e-mail editor I'm using right now.
