Use the command

set focus.row 3

Then hit F12.

Whatever line your cursor is on, is scrolled to line 3.

The 3 is historical, I don't know if they fixed that, but 3 was the lowest I
have been able to set the focus row to.

You may want to put the set command in your startup profile for the editor.
