What version of windows? I had trouble with Win98 and the environment. Look
at the readme for instructions on setting it. Also, if your PATH statement
is too long, help will fail to function most of the time. I finally gave up
and got a new PC with Win2K on it and lots of memory and hard disk, and made
sure to install WDT400 before anything else, and have had little trouble so
far... and HELP finally works! Oh, yeah... forget it if it's WinME... seems
to not be supported so far.

I installed the newest WebSphere tools over ADTS and now none of the Help
works. I've downloaded SP1 and applied that and the Help still didn't
work.

Anyone run into this and know what to do to fix it? Without the Help
function Code/400 is almost helpless.
