Hi Alan,

The reason you are still seeing the message is rather simple: Its a bug.
Actually, the message appears depending on which order the As/400 PTFs are
applied.  Definitely not a user's problem.
I am already aware of the problem and it will be fixed in the next service
pack.  In the interim, the message does not impair your use of the product
and you should ignore it.
