I believe It was RPGCGI18. 

Thanks for all the info provided at DEVCON, and at OCEAN. I wish I had taken
the entire ILE track in Las Vegas.

While it might be nice to have it better documented, frankly I'd rather see
the whole thing fixed.  This idea of everyone having to have different
CURLIBs is nuts and causes major problems for many people whose development
environment is predicated on everyone having the _same_ CURLIB.  It is one
of many areas where I wish Code would _ask_ me during setup how I wanted to
handle these things.
