Annoying Find/Replace Behaviour

A couple of suggestions for the code/400 team:

1) If I select a snippet of text before hitting CTRL-F, it would be nice if
the editor would insert the selected text into the "Find:" prompt for me.
Saves mucho keystrokes.

2) Instead of automatically moving the cursor on a Replace operation,
provide an option that allows us to control whether it moves, or stays put.
Most of the time, I don't want the cursor to move, so I have to scroll back
to my original position, or place a quick mark before I begin the replace
operations.
